    Overview

    Lirica is an award-winning Spanish learning app that was launched in July 2018. Since they started, Lirica has accumulated almost 4,000 users on both Andriod and iOS. Through music video and games design by expert linguists, users can learn Spanish with their favourite Spanish music.

  • Produce a high interaction prototype for testing

  • A/B testing to find out what users respond better to with sign posting

    The Solutions

  • To improve the user journey by better sign posting.

  • We introduced an in-app currency ”liricoin” for users to measure their learning achievements within the app.

  • To include messages of encouragement and how users can use what they have learnt from the app in real life to increase a sense of achievement and hence increase user retention.
