The Methods

I conducted user interviews to learn about the user interactions with the app to gain insight into our users’ needs, e.g. time-sensitive procedures and research on contagious elements.

I spoke to the help-desk team and looked at past complaints made by the users to carry out diagnoses on the app and made suggestions for improvements and test it.
